About Our Owner

Sierra Carter, LICSW, is the owner of one of Minnesota's few black-owned mental health practices. A dynamic licensed clinician of color, she brings a wealth of experience to the table, ready to be a guiding force for clients.

Her knowledge and skills encompass a wide range of areas, including assertive community treatment, intensive case management, ARMHS, housing support, residential treatment, crisis assessments, clinical team leadership, juvenile court advocacy, and therapy. Sierra takes deep satisfaction in serving her community and is excited to contribute to the growth of representative ownership, leadership, and care within the mental health field.
