We are a mental health clinic dedicated to supporting individuals and families on their journey toward wellness. Our Team
Onyx Pathways is led by Sierra Carter, LICSW, a passionate and experienced BIPOC clinician. Sierra is one of Minnesota's handful of Black-owned mental health practice owners, making Onyx Pathways a unique and valuable resource for the community.
SERVICES OFFERED
Clinical Supervision and Consultation
We offer clinical supervision for practicum hours and licensure. Equitable rates apply for BIPOC providers to remove barriers to cultural representation.
Targeted Case Management (TCM)
We provide TCM services to adults and children with severe mental illness (SMI) who qualify for Medicaid. We partner with group homes and assisted living for person-centered care and genuine relationships.
Parent Coaching
We offer parent coaching services to support parents in raising children with disabilities and mental health challenges.
